Christmas tree

I am not a great fan of most Christmas decorations but found this beautiful Morton Bay fig on my travels last night. I have had a long break from my blipfoto and have missed all my blip friends. I have been busy with various things and traveling back and forth from Melbourne to Tasmania. But over the last week my life has changed dramatically as Joe has been in ICU with a torn aorta - more or less it's full length. He has had brilliant care and was offered an operation with high risks which he declined. He miraculously survived and is in the normal ward now and should be discharged in a week. But aortas usually don't heal themselves.
