Improper

This sign is stuck on the paper towel dispenser in the hospital toilets. It always freaks me out because no matter how hard I tried, two towels always came out ! I would come out of the loo half expecting a nurse to be waiting to pounce.
Hopefully the last hospital blip, I got home this afternoon.
