Fabulous Spring we are having this Winter

Santa pauses in confusion as he notices the buds on one of the magnolia shrubs in the neighborhood. Subversive specimen, obviously. Not only does it have buds in Winter, but they are flower buds instead of leaf buds! Someone is trying REALLY hard to confuse our Christmastime hero!

Don't worry, Santa, these magnolias do just that :-)
