Gooseberries

Up after a restless night. Torrential rain and a pesky cat ensured that sleep was not forthcoming.

The oven man came to fix my faulty switch this morning. Good to have a functioning oven again. I don't own a microwave, so it's a bit tricky not having an oven either.

Went to pick gooseberries with Miss T. I have enough to make a couple of pies. Any other tried and tested gooseberry recipes will be gratefully received.

Then for a wet walk with B and JL.

About to head out for tea now. Then I'll get my head down for a couple of hours before picking Rae up from the aiport.
