Life Moves Pretty Fast...

So last night's office party was fairly tame in comparison to last years. Well seen the MD is 7 months pregnant. No flowing champagne, no putting the world to rights at 3am before being herded on our merry way to allow for closing. What a difference a year can make, and what a fast year 2011 has been. They say Dubai moves on a faster speed than anywhere else in the world and I totally believe it!

The upside to a civilised party is the lack of hangover the next day! Woohoo. So at dusk I took my camera and tripod to shoot Dubai's busiest highway - Sheik Zayed Road. It basically runs the length of the city (and beyond to Abu Dhabi) and cuts it in half. It's very existence makes in impossible to be able to walk from A to B - unfortunately we live on one side of it and work on the other.
