Work, Life, Balance

On Thursday I got up early as I was speaking at a networking meeting in Kettering. I was giving a talk on Work, Life, Balance and how to juggle having a full time business as well as being a parent.

I then dashed off to have a neck, shoulder and back massage, which was wonderful.

When I got home, Rachel left this handmade Christmas card on the side, which made my day.
