Trying to be healthy...

For the last few weeks at work, we've had endless amounts of cakes and biscuits, and I've been eating all sorts of crap at other times as well. And now I've got a sore shoulder I've been told I have to rest it for the next week to ten days, which means no squash!!!! Rubbish!
So this is me trying to make a concerted effort to get fit and healthy.
