Personal stereo

I despise everything Apple, however, I could not help but be entranced by this. I was wandering around the Science Museum at lunchtime (it was too cold to go outside) and came across a small space filled with some strange installations. They are the work of a group called 'electroboutique', a collective of Russian artists who take cultural icons and turn them around...a bit.

Apart from the fact that they are slaves to the big Apple monster, I quite like the installation at the Science Museum. This iPod is massive and really works. The earbuds are speakers and the controls on the iPod actually work. It's very, VERY surreal. You can imagine Dali doing it.
