Snow!

(Back-blip) Surprisingly we woke to snow but by lunchtime most of it had gone. Only the snow on the north facing slopes remained by the time I walked back home from my shopping trip to the garage to buy milk.

... and I saw my first flock of Fielfares in the fields as I walked downhill. I'd thought that the milder weather in Southern Scandinavia might have kept them at home, but no, they've definitely arrived.
