Snowman

Last day of term for the little ones and for some kids it was a snow day as those living further afield were sent home. The kids (and adults too actually) belted out a rendition of 'Jingle Bells' on the walk home through the snow. Grace had a play date with her best friend after school and, together with Ophelia and our neighbour's little lad, the girls made a rather fine snowman in our back garden. It was chilly, so we headed back indoors for hot chocolate with marshmallows and then watched Disney Christmas Singalong Songs on DVD before supper. This is the stuff that Christmas memories are made of.
