That's it...last full week before Christmas....only 2 1/2 days to go next week and then off work until January 9th.

Woke to snow this morning ...but it was all gone by the time I set off for school.
Got to work expecting a short day...wanted to escape about 1.15 to go to the funeral of my friends Mum....only to find several people had rung in sick and I was doomed to stay all day and cover lessons for the skivers sick.
Eventually made it to the funeral for 4.30, just time for one drinlk....but it was important I went to show my respects.

The Boss and I are now full of chinese food and snuggled in for the night....to tell the truth I nodded off in the chair for half an hour.

Now the busy period starts...last of the dreaded Christmas shopping tomorrow....outside lights still to be put up.
Party tomorrow night.
Up to Dad's again Sunday for a Christmas lunch.
Christmas quiz Monday night.
Curry Tuesday night.
Staff "Do" Wednesday night.

What will I do with myself on Thursday? The Boss and the Daughter are at work...maybe I'll sleep late.!
