SNOW
This is what I woke up to this morning - the first snow of the winter. Wasn't much at this stage but it snowed a bit more later on.
Had to go down to village to the doctors and it wasn't too bad underfoot. However on the way home at about 5. 30pm the slush was beginning to ice up and walking was a bit more difficult.
At the doctors I got the results of the Doppler test I had last week - all the pressures were OK and I don't have hardening of the arteries. Have to wear support stockings though - and put on steroid cream. And have to see Nurse next week to sort out a painful leg ulcer. Went to chemist with prescription for support socks but they need to measure my legs to get correct size and they prefer to do this early in the day... .... so I will have to go back another time.
Bobby seems to be almost 100% his old self today so hopefully won't have to worry about him any more. Cautious optimism.
