Icy Contours
It was another very cold day as my daughter and I set off with Bruce for a walk on The Knock. We hadn't been walking for long when suddenly, a lovely young golden retriever came bounding towards us! It was Cara, ( out with her "mum" ) who must have picked up the scent of her chum and decided to say hello!
We walked on and turned down a little path which borders the edge of the moor.
Puddles which had formed in the slight thaw had iced over again and I couldn't resist the lovely patterns in the ice which resembled contour lines around the tufts of grass.
