Walk This Way

Morning all

Very early blip....even for me. Just finished nightshift, 1 down, 2 to go. Easy night....ship on tonight though so a little busier.

This is one of the walkways at my work connecting the terminals. This leads from HP1 to HP3. The pipe above your head as you walk along is the vapour pipeline taking all the nasty vapours coming of the ship as we load her. It goes to HP3 for processing and back to Dalmeny. HP3 is one of only four Marine Vapour recovery Units in the world.

So go on ......I dare you.....walk this way !!!!!!! ;0)

You are sometimes only 7 or 8 feet above the Firth of Forth.......sometimes your 20 to 30 feet.......depends on the tide !!! And you can see through the walkway as you go !!
