Tofu omelettes

My new favourite cookbook from the library is 'Bill's Everyday Asian' by Bill Granger. It's got some fantastic looking recipes that I've been wanting to try.

Tonight I made tofu omelettes with soy-tomato sauce.

Will try and work my way through a few others over the next couple of weeks.
