Snow, snow, snow.
There was constant precipitation today. Rain would suddenly switch to snow, then hail, then back to rain... on and on. If only the snow had settled.

As I suspected, less English is spoken outside of Tokyo. Luckily I was right in thinking I know enough Japanese to get by. Even if I am still a bit slow to come up with the right words.
