Tree and door

Just one photograph today, taken around the corner from where today's music session was being hosted. The image began very differently, an attempt at capturing rather strange-looking reflections cast by the sun shining on windows in the building opposite. The reflections got lost in the processing.

This was the last session of the year, so our host made a bit of a fuss. The music was mainly vocal and mainly Christmassy, and we finished off afterwards (a good bit later than usual) with a glass or two of sekt which he'd got on a recent trip to Germany.

I was back home around 6:00, and spent a quiet evening in. A take-away from the excellent Chinese near home kept body and soul together, and apart from that I chilled out lazily with a bit of reading, some more music, and a couple of hours of undemanding TV.
