Jangle Tangle!

Dug out some decorations for my tree (see yesterday's blip) and found a tangle of golden bells and a couple of stars and fir cones. If I manage to untangle the string of bells they might look OK, or maybe silver would look better on a purple tree -
what do you think?
Should I go with the gold . . .
or brave the shops tomorrow in search of some silver decorations?
