there was something about the way this that caught my eye. with hindsight, i'd have taken a photo which showed a bit more about where it was - a run down terrace overlooking the entrance to the clyde tunnel. in a community that was split in two by the motorway.

a good day full of goodwill, friendly faces and short conversations. something about me likes quantity over quality (in terms of chat) sometimes but i do feel a bit overloaded now. am getting sent off for an early bath.

rushed around at work but in a useful way then rushed about taking the kids to athletics and football. it was only when i was about to fall over with tiredness that they remembered i'd promised pancakes. i must get some perfect mother points for that which will offset some of the evil mother points currently accumulated.
