Tile Tale

In the old Southwest, you can be sure to find a few things for certain.

Terra-cotta pots, colorful pots, stucco walls (indoor and out) and tiles of Mexican origin are seen everywhere.

This tile was laid into the top of a small table.  It was irregular (cropped here) on the edges, and although the pattern was repeatedly used in other tables, this irregularity made it a one of a kind tile.

Cloudy today, looks like rain.  I'm supposed t go to a Christmas potluck in the city this afternoon but I don't feel up to the drive.  Plus I forgot to buy the coleslaw I said I'd bring.  Can't show up without food in hand!
