What a tosser!

Got home tonight and made pancakes. Amazingly, none of them stuck to the pan, got burnt, fell on the floor, welded itself to the ceiling, folded over on itself or fell to pieces.

In fact (though I say so myself) they all came out a treat. And by the end, I was fairly showing off, with some gravity-defying double flips just for luck (it's in the wrist action).

Unfortunately, in the pictures I took, the pancakes all looked hideous. Harder than it looks, this food photography. Any tips from the likes of Seaurchin or Treegonk gratefully received!
