Log Fires and Christmas Wrapping

Term ended yesterday so today my family arrived to bring me home.

My Mum says that having me home safe and sound is the only Christmas present she needs... but I still think she'd be narked if I took that literally!

On the way home we stopped at Alan's for lunch. I took pictures of the log stack and the fireplace while he and Dad chatted about the proper technique for pruning apple trees.

It's been a good day.
