Call Me Al.

The guardian of the flock?

The Continental Market in Inverness was the "destination for today and amongst the Italian olives, French cheese, Dutch pancakes and German sausages, (who says these things reinforce stereotypes?) There was this "statuette" standing by the carved wooden birds.

I've no idea if it was for sale nor it's price as I was dragged away from the stall before my impulsive buying streak could kick in.

It was still there when I walked past again at the end of the day but I just couldn't think of any way to justify the purchase to Mrs Al.
