Christmas spirit at Gordo's

Gordo's is our local Peruvian restaurant. The owners followed their sons to MSU where the kids are studying various kinds of engineering, and the parents feed the local crowd with their home country's specialties. Lucky us, lots of dishes are vegetarian and very tasty. I appreciate the unusual (to me at least) combination of olives and raisins in a vegetable stew served over potatoes with pan-fried plantains on the side.

Aaaand no dishes to pick up at the end of the meal ;-)
