Baking Extraveganza

Wow what a day. I read 300 pages in my book and then tore myself away to start baking. I made peanut blossoms, ginger snaps and blackberry upside down cake. I also have the dough for two more cookies chilling in the fridge that wont get baked until tomorrow. That blackberry upside-down cake may not look like much, but after eating my test-cake, I am craving another one!

Andy is also being just as productive, brewing two batches of beer. Wish I didn't have to wait so long to taste it.
