Unto us a child is born

I was lucky enough to attend the Christening of my friend's precious little son, Nicholas. Unfortunately she lives in another part of the state and so this is first time I've seen him. He's huge.

It was an honour to be part of this special day at their lovely family church. Would have loved to have blipped a photo of the little boy but wasn't able to check with his parents first. Instead I have this shot of his godparents lighting the candle. A fitting image really.
