Pheasant madeira casserole
It's a tradition that we do pheasant casserole on Christmas Eve for my ex and kids and anyone else who's around.
Everyone's going away this year so this is Christmas Eve. At least that's the main cooking done (except for the two and a half hours' very slow cooking).
