The note on the box says it will be emptied on December 20th, so that means dear Father Christmas will then be very busy for three and a half days.
I'd love to be that efficient.

On a different note, it appears the tree we got yesterday came with lots of bugs, so now we have several spiders spinning their webs in different places, probably in the hope of catching some of the winged creatures flying around. I even spotted two ladybirds, and immediately remembered an animation called 'Ladybirds' Christmas' (see a short trailer here), where two of the said critters get brought into humans' home with a... yes, a Christmas tree!

It's great to live in a fairy tale. Even when it's a bug-infested one.
