Tree Treat Plate

Susan is home!! I am so thankful. Such a long journey for her - 4 hours and just a wee car. I LOVE having her home!

I had a good day, but one of those days that leaves you with lots of things to do!!

I also did my Christmas food shop (most of it ) after school. If I hadn't gone today, it would have been Friday - too late! It was so busy, so maybe other folk had the same idea.

Years ago I bought a fridge to keep in the garage - so it is now full of todays goods!

Coal and salt coming tomorrow and a guy coming on Thursday to advise on how to keep my drive ice free (impossible I think!)

Disaster - big oven has bust - the element I think. The fan goes round but the oven does not heat up, Have phoned 5 electricians and no-one can help. They reckon I need a new cooker....well I may have to test my powers of creativity. I have a small top oven...

My sister gave me this tree dish for Christmas years ago. It is used every year for snacks and nuts for drinks. It is lovely and always gets a comment.
