Mom cooked for us
although she 's home with the flu. She will always be there for us.. eating healthy stuff. We got mashed veggies, rice, beans and cereals. She always orders this at Parrot Paradise here in Holland. You cook it for about 25 minutes and the birds just LOVE it!
