Holidays

Only two more work days until my holiday begins. Spent my work day attempting to mend all the loose ends in the office. The phone calls just kept coming in though, which made it difficult to accomplish it all.

Noted a pretty nice sunset on the way home, but it was gone before I got the tripod out. I hadn't used my 100mm lens on my tripod with my new camera, so I gave it a try. I was horrified to find all my images were incredibly blurry. Suddenly I remembered once reading that you should turn off the IS (image stablizer) if you have it on a tripod or the results might be poor. I switched it off, and here we go....a proper image. Thank goodness.
