Then came Dessert

After many attempts - the boss was finally convinced that we needed a Xmas lunch.

The main was delightful and I felt very good at choosing food that would not impact too heavily on my blood sugar count .... then came dessert.

Tempered banana with a delightful ice cream and honey cinnimon sauce.

I am now heading off for a huge walk to minimise the damage.

Naturally, I blame the boss.
