Wheat
The winter wheat is just starting to turn.
In a few weeks we might have the stubble fields to ourselves again!
First proper play with the old Manual Focus macro lens I picked off ebay last week. Now remembering how difficult life was in the old MF days - especially when you've got no depth of field. God knows what I looked like crouched in a field, rocking slowly back and forth to get something in focus, with two quizzical looking dogs beside me wondering what I was doing...
Hunting through my old camera bag to find a lens cap for this one, I found another old manual focus lens - a Tamron 135mm macro for my last camera but three - a Minolta XGM. Maybe I can get an adapter for that too.
