First meal in Germany - Kohl und Pinkel
I was excited for my first dinner in Germany: Kohl und Pinkel a traditional winter dish from the northwestern region of Germany.
"Kohl" refers to kale, and "Pinkel" is a type of sausage that consists mainly of groats of oat, bacon, lard and suet. It's also typically served with "Rauchenden", smoked pork sausage.
