swimming~
Have not been doing it for months. Went back to swim this late morning. Had a hard time swimming steadily. Tired after a few laps.
Rain followed.
Had a long bus ride home. Butt hurts! Sat for an hour and more.

Still not stable. Come on, don't end 2011 this way.
