Zam-isms Day 2

Zamtel- if you need a landline in Zambia you most likely go through Zamtel. They are trying to be a player in the wireless market, but are very far behind MTN and Airtel in that department. However if you want broadband or dialup Internet, you go through Zamtel. Their customer service is terrible though. But that is normal for Zambia.
