Sugar Tears

This is one of the most unusual looking plants I have ever seen. I have it growing in the greenhouse, where it climbs quite happily up the back wall. It's a Hoya carnosa, or porcelain plant, or even wax flower, depending on who you speak to. This is the flower, but the buds are pretty weird looking too. Will blip them one day. The flowers drip sticky nectar, which is incredibly sweet. Hope nobody is going to tell me that it's poisonous!

Back at work today, but this evening I made a start on the weeding. Amazing how many weeds can germinate and spread in a fortnight! Gone are my lovely straight rows of veg - it's a jungle out there now!
