Bells

Taking this blip amused me because I was taking something really high up and yet people passing in front of me were ducking. Bless them and thanks to them even though they were never going to be seen on it.

Another tough day before going out with the social services transport company ringing to ask if mum would be going in to day care this week. Have already told them twice that she won't be.

Had a call from social services about my complaint about the home asking me to ring another number to complain. Rang the number and nobody answered. Phoned another social services number and got the complaints number which was different to the one I'd been given. Rang that and nobody answered but I was able to leave a message.

Tried to organise mum's x ray as requested by the hospital doctor and passed on to me via mum's GP some weeks back and was told to wait 3 weeks.

Rang the surgery and the doctor is off and there was no record of her needing another x ray. I explained and they said they'd get another doctor to do it.
Kept ringing to see if the form was ready all day but it wasn't. They said they'd ring me. I waited and waited but had to go out so probably missed it.

Have decided to wait until after Christmas now, maybe do it next week if the form has been done.

The x ray dept is a drop in place so I can call any time as long as I have the form.

Tomorrow I've got to nip round to my Sister in Law's to collect my own present off mum which she buys on mum's behalf as it's supposed to be a surprise for me.
I have to take the money round to pay her for it.

Will only be an hour but I'm looking forward to everything stopping for a cup of tea tomorrow.
