A busy night

It's the last week before Christmas - you didn't need me to tell you that. I guess we are all getting busy one way or the other.

At work we will have several 'events' and for the buffet on Thursday I said I would do mince pies.

But tomorrow night my nails are being done.

So I only had tonight.

3 dozen mince pies (yes I know there are a couple missing but I do have to 'test' them) and some fairy cakes (I needed to distract my son - I am fussy about pastry).

Not bad me thinks.
