Emergancy christmas card blip

Well it's festive if nothing else ..... this is a christmas card that Tara designed at school and we then ordered, the funds going to the school ... must remember to keep one for the scrap book ;0)

Today has been a bit of a write off. This morning I had to take Vijay to the hospital for a routine check up - he suffered a detached retina a month ago, one of the reasons I had to take a bit of a break from blip, and has so far had 3 sessions of laser surgery, but now doesn't have to go back for 2 months. The appointment was at 10 am, and he was finally seen just before 1 pm.

On the was home, I got a call from Michael to say that he thought he had broken his toe playing football in PE at school!!!

This led to a return trip to A&E fairly smartish..... fortunately, after x-ray etc it's not fractured, just badly bruised .... it is a very funny colour at the moment... he now has a heavily strapped foot and has been told to rest! ...... he's already moaning because he can't go to the scooter ramps as planned on Thursday night!!!!

Hopefully tomorrow I will get some of the things on my 'to do' list done ;0)
