Fun with Jools

Last day in the North East and a lovely family meal with the McGee side of the family and two dogs. It was lovely to see Carys (who is slightly reticent with dogs) and William (who is very brave until they bark) gently stroking old Muffin and being brave enough to stroke and then play 'tug of war' with Jools.

Jools isn't in the shot but she is a lovely natured little dog who put up with my kids ministrations very well. Mind she was fed some sly crisps by them too, I later find out. I'm hoping that that had no reprecussions later.

Very busy train home at 18.00 but despite some awful behaviour on the platform they were both little angels all the way home. Carys even fell asleep, sadly only 15mins from home. Hoping they will sleep well tonight.
