Orange and Ginger stars....

......I saw this recipe for stained glass orange and ginger heart- shaped biscuits........
.but I didn't have hearts...

So I made stars.

The " stained glass"is made from a crushed boiled sweet baked in the centre.

I think more ginger next time.
