The Holly But No Ivy

Sort of seasonal. It would have been good to have been able to find some ivy to complete the cliche but there wasn't any handy. My friend told me that her parents used to have a house that had an ivy infestation that was so bad the ivy was growing through the pipes and coming out in the toilet. Well, better ivy coming out of your khazi than holly I suppose!
