Left overs

I was kind to everyone, I turned it into balck and white so as not to see the big lump of "stuff" I was cutting off

Anyway, this should add nicely to the spaghetti sauce I am concocting. (Concocting sounds better than cooking doesn't it?)
I am about to enter full scale Christmas mode, probably starting around lunch time tomorrow
