shoot versus surf

so, i've been getting little weary of posting so many rushed, emergency iPhone shots of late to keep up with the daily blip ambition.

i managed to leave work early, just after 6, this evening and the choice was.. shoot or surf. so, given that i'm pretty weary today i took the slr option. when i arrived at the beach, although the surf wasn't any great shakes, i'd partly wished i'd taken the surf option as it was pretty quiet!

having said that, it was nice to take out the slr, albeit briefly. here's a snapshot of the beach this evening. what you can't see - to my right - was the beach packed with a lifesaving competition. some serious displays of fitness on show!

two days left before bondi chrimbo. can't wait to see M and hang out.
