Chimneys

Winter solstice today and it seems most times I look out of the window it is dark or getting dark. But my daily walk to and from the nursing home takes me past the old manor and views across the fens which are often quite impressive at dawn or at dusk. Today it was the silhouette of the chimneys that struck me.
