This is the weirdest family tradition we have. Making blood sausages, in English speaking countries also known as the black pudding.
We make it from scratch.
You need blood, groats, meat, onion, all kinds of herbs, salt, pepper and guts (in every sense of the word).
You put that stuff all inside the guts, boil it a little and then cook in the oven with bacon on top.
Bon apetite from bloody barbarians.
