Grapefruit Marmalade

This is the first batch of grapefruit marmalade that Mrs R has made. It' s very good, not as good as proper marmalade, but quite satisfying knowing it was made from our own fruit.
We've had fresh grapefruit for breakfast for the last few days and unfortunately the three jars only required 2 large grapefruit, so it will be grapefruit overload for the next few weeks or months, judging by the amount of fruit on the tree.
