Bah! Humbug!

Well Blippers - I read all your advice over the past few days on how best to decorate my purple tree - and in the end I opted for using the whole lot!
but as you can see - it hasn't worked!
The tree threatened to topple over under the weight of the silver bauble so I had to balance it with the glittery star.
I never did manage to untangle the golden bells and the three yards of silver star chain was clearly 8ft 10 inches too long!
So it's back to the drawing board -
the bells, stars and baubles have been consigned to the back of the wardrobe and my little purple tree stands quietly amongst my Christmas cards next to the TV.
Time for a glass of Baileys and a mince pie . . . . .
