Happy Birthday Nigel x

Today is my hubby Nigel's birthday. I won't give away his age, but he is now two years away from a big number birthday with an 0!

He loves James Bond films, as many of us do, we grew up with them. My parents liked the films, so when a new one came out we all went to see it. Nigel's not a great reader so he hasn't read the books, but I am working on it. Perhaps one at a time.

He also likes Star Wars and has had the books for a while - probably a present. When we went on holiday to Italy in September he did take a Star Wars book and managed to read most of it while on holiday, especially as on one of the days we had some freak weather conditions (quite spectacular thunderstorms on an off all day) so we just stayed in the room. We had a small balcony and could see the rain travelling up from the sea.

We are going out for a meal tonight at a place called The Waterfront, aptly named as it has been built right next to the beach, with panoramic views of the sea at Lee-on-Solent. We have only ever been there for lunch, but decided it was time to go for an evening meal, so Nigel's birthday meal it is.
